Andy is a retired Senior British Army Ammunition Technician with global operational experience totalling 33 years in both the military and civilian environments. Throughout his career, he specialized in Ammunition Management, CIED, IEDD, & EOD. He has been involved with Humanitarian Mine Action (HMA) Programs with various NGOs & commercial companies and brings an additional depth of experience to the Golden West PSSM Program. He has a solid history of fostering international partnerships with time in the United Kingdom, Germany, Afghanistan, the USA, Canada, Tajikistan, Mali, Cambodia, Kurdistan, and Iraq. Andy currently serves as Country Manager based in Albania also covering Kosovo and Technical Advisor Africa.
