Arben “Beni” Braha is one of Albania’s leading experts in humanitarian mine action, EOD, and ammunition safety. A former Albanian Army officer and the country’s first EOD technician, he helped establish Albania’s mine action capacity during the Kosovo crisis. At Golden West, he supports efforts to strengthen Albania’s PSSM systems and protect communities from explosive hazards.
